Bolser Family Farms
About Us
ABOUT THE FAMILY AND THE MEAT.

Here at Bolser Family Farms though we are not the biggest farm that you might ever come across.  We believe in producing a type of meat that you will enjoy at a low cost; we are located just across the Ohio border in Indiana.  The farm is about thirty minutes north west of Cincinnati Ohio and that is where it has been for generations.  We have been selling our meat to families for years, and have gained a reputation for educating and personally getting to know each and every one of our customers.  And we wouldn't want it any other way; we love the fact that when we are raising an animal we know where its going and that it isn't on its way to some big corporate supermarket chain to set on the shelves for days.

We take pride in the meat that we raise: our animals health, growth and treatment are of main concern for us.  We keep our animals healthy by keeping them outside in the fresh air, and making sure that they always have fresh bedding to lay in for their comfort.  We ensure that they are growing properly with a balanced diet that contains corn, and soybeans along with the option of pasture year round.  Welfare and a low stress environment is also a huge concern for us; we keep our animals stress free by giving the animals plenty of room to roam around and giving them daily attention.  Unlike some other farms, we think it is extremely important that we have daily interaction with all of our animals.  We are sure that this daily interaction helps to keep the animals calm and relaxed, which in the end results in a better quality meat for our customers.

Although we strive to produce the highest quality meat possible, it means absolutly nothing unless our customers are happy and satisfied with what they get.  That is why we provide great customer service before, during, and after your place your order with us.  As I have mentioned on other pages on this site, we are 100% commited to making sure that our customers gain a greater level of understanding about where their meat is coming from.  Not only do we strive to give you great customer service so does the processor that we take our meat to; French's processing in Batesville Indiana handles all of our processing needs.  They are also a small family owned and operated business, we choose them to process our meat because of the variety of cuts, their honesty and the fact that they will take the time to answer any questions that you might have.  An experienced butcher is a valuable asset to have for someone who is new at buying freezer meats.  We are completly confident judging from past experiences that once you have had the Bolser Family Farms experience you will be a customer for years to come.
