Beef and Pork
As has been mentioned on this web site we raise all natural pork and beef using no, hormones or antibiotics in our livestock.  Which results in a healthier better tasting meat for our customers.  We know that this will be the most tender, flavorful all natural meat that you will ever eat, we guarantee it.  

Beef 
In and effort to make our meat some of the healthiest and most tender that you will ever eat we feed our beef on grass as long as nature will allow.  In the winter months the beef are kept in a barn and fed clover hay and a small percentage of shelled corn.  The shelled corn is added for its protein content and to add some fat to the meat for flavor.  Although there is shelled corn added to the diet because of genetics the beef is still a very lean meat.  


Pork
The pork that we raise is also fed a special blend of feed to ensure proper growth while maintaing an all natural title.  Because of the difference in a pigs internal organs they must have a large diet of grain to grow and can not properly grow being fed grasses.  Our pork is fed ground corn with a mixture of soybean meal and two bales of clover hay in every batch of feed. 


All prices are based on hanging weights and include all processing fees.

Beef:  $3.15 

Pork:  $2.60  

In order to make room for next years beef, and due to the bad economic times our country is going through.  We have lowered the price on the remaining SIX beef that we have to $3.00 per pound of hanging weight, the beef will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
