Beef

At Bolser Family Farms we sell our beef by either the whole cow or the side or a quarter.

The typical amount of meat you can expect to get from a quarter of beef is around 175 pounds.

In order to make room for next years beef, and due to the bad economic times our country is going through we have lowered the price on the remaining SIX beef that we have to $3.00 per pound of hanging weight. The beef will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

(Price includes all processing and in some cases delivery)

Pork

We sell the pork by the half or whole.

Typically a half of pork weighs around eighty pounds, and a whole is typically around one hundred and sixty pounds of meat. As with the beef the weights will vary depending on the animal.

Because of processing delays we suggest ordering your meat about six weeks before you plan on getting it.
We will deliver to the Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Dayton area and anywhere in between with a large enough order plus a minimal shipping charge.
